CNG scooter introduced for the first time in India
TVS company has launched the first scooter in India that can run on both CNG and petrol. The name of this scooter is TVS Jupiter CNG. Till now scooters used to run only on petrol, but this new model will save fuel and will also reduce the cost of running.

Mileage and cost from CNG
The biggest feature of this scooter is its mileage. When you run it on CNG, it gives a mileage of about 84 kilometers per kilogram. This means that you only have to spend ₹ 1 per kilometer. If you fill it with a full CNG tank, then this scooter can run for about 226 kilometers.
Two tank system
TVS has designed this scooter in a special way. It has two tanks – one for CNG and one for petrol. The CNG tank is installed under the seat of the scooter and the petrol tank is installed in front in place of the footrest. You can run the scooter on any fuel as per your requirement.

This scooter has a 124.8cc engine which gives 7.2 PS of power and 9.4 Nm of torque. The scooter also has a comfortable seat, LED headlight, digital-analog speedometer and special suspension for a comfortable ride.
