Honda’s cars are selling less these days and now it is not even in the top 5 companies. In April 2025, Honda sold only 3,360 cars. Now Honda is going to launch new models of its Honda Elevate SUV which will come in May 2025. These new models will be available at a lower price and will give more benefits to the customers.

What is in Honda Elevate:
- Large touchscreen (10.25 inches) that connects to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Some models also have a sunroof. - It has a safety system called Honda Sensing that helps in driving, such as keeping in the lane and adjusting the speed automatically.
- It has 6 airbags that protect in case of a collision.
- The boot can hold 458 liters of luggage.
- It can easily run on low roads as it is 220 mm above the ground.
How is the engine:
It has a 1.5-liter petrol engine that gives 119 horsepower.
It comes with two types of gearboxes: 6-speed manual and CVT automatic.
The manual one runs 15.31 km in 1 liter and the CVT one runs 16.92 km.
This engine is the same as Honda City, which is considered good. But there is no option of diesel or hybrid engine in it.
Price and other vehicles:
Currently the price of Honda Elevate ranges from Rs 11.91 lakh to Rs 16.93 lakh. After the new model is launched, it may become more affordable so that it can compete with other vehicles like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Grand Vitara. In May 2025, it can also get discounts, such as benefits of up to Rs 86,000.
Sales and future plans:
Honda Elevate has sold 43,915 vehicles in India and Japan combined. Its sales increased in March 2025, but still Honda’s overall sales decreased.
