Currently, Stellantis’ vehicles like Jeep and Citroen are sold in India. Now Leapmotor will also bring its electric vehicles here, which will further increase the company’s scope in the Indian market.
Leapmotor: Emphasis on new technology
The Leapmotor company was started in 2015. They say that from 2022 they are the first company in the world to use ‘cell-to-chassis’ (CTC) technology on a large scale in their electric vehicles. With this technology, the battery fits directly into the structure of the vehicle, which can make the vehicle more efficient and lighter.

In the year 2024, Leapmotor sold around 3 lakh vehicles, which is double compared to last year! This shows that people are liking the company’s electric vehicles.
